I’m looking forward to first contact.
Relevant: Varginha UFO Incident.
The Earth always did this. We could only record with technology recently.
Each phenomenom insists on its own existence, and each existence individually seeks its own place. But for the sake of mutual understanding, I stress that this is just one of the arbitrary concepts which are connected in a logical, yet disorderly way, like the synapses of the brain. :P
Of course that’s nothing more than a sourceless hypothesis and doesn’t account for how before some of these mass sightings, unknown aircraft were detected.
I think any scientist might have trouble figuring out how to ‘naturally’ get thirty or so blinking lights to assemble into geometric shapes multiple times, which is what happened over Mexico city.
You surprised me with how factually you asserted your, frankly, uneducated guess. While, yes, you could see some cloud structures similar to donuts in the video, there is a far stranger anomaly going on which no one has any knowledge of.
Your response reminded me of this chart:
Or it’s God with a laser pointer.
I’m sorry, Vossk. I was just typing things. Marshall had it right.
mobilemarshall:I think vael was going all lain on us.
But you surprise me with this:
“You surprised me with how factually you asserted your, frankly, uneducated guess.” “sourceless hypothesis”
There are many things to learn and think about in our loverly world. Do you really think it’s so odd that somewhere I would have found a reason to believe that these things always happened, and we just haven’t been recording them?
Anyone who believes there isn’t another race of creature out there among the stars is wrong. Factually stated. Now, are they sentient, or even capable of visiting us? Things get a little harder to “state factually”, in that case.
I’m not going to explain anything I believe related to aliens, dimethyltryptamine, or the world being designed because these things are unprovable. I will believe in another race when we have undeniable evidence they are here. I will be happy to write a blog post about the wonders of DMT when I actually take it into my system enough times to write a quality post. I can try to persuade you to my belief of the world being designed/coded/programmed when I understand it better.
As it stands, I have no desire for any of it. I had a desire, once, and I created Play. Do you remember playing Play? It’s going to be finished one day as Simulara.
It had a few ideas: the false reality, some blurbs here and there. Aliens interacted with our government in the 1900s to cause world wars and nukes to be dropped on other humans. But for me, it’s like reading a story right now. This alien stuff, the lights in the sky. Right now it’s unimportant to me. I don’t want to read Out of Control or buy more hallucinogens. I want to raise a family, design some games, and become a better coder. I believe in the grand scheme of things that these will be the most of consequence, not antipicating aliens or wondering if I truly exist in the world.
Though, there is a repository of knowledge learned from the times I was interested in such things. At any rate, I still hold onto the belief that Lain wasn’t just some animation, but rather, at least in some aspects, it was an instruction manual.

Yes.
Do you really think it’s so odd that somewhere I would have found a reason to believe that these things always happened, and we just haven’t been recording them?
I’m interested to hear your reasoning. If it merely inspires a belief, I think it is silly of you to have stated it as you did, but I understand where you were coming from.
If you could develop your argument into something that sounds scientifically solid, you could probably get some air-time talking about it. Publicity for Vael!
